Dubai property data, right inside Claude.

Connect GetYaData to Claude and ask about any Dubai project, building, area or community. Claude pulls the registered sales, rents, yields and trends from GetYaData, answers in the chat, and gives you a link to a PDF branded with your own logo and colours.

Set up (2 minutes)

  1. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and find GetYaData in the directory, then click Connect.
    Not listed for you yet? Choose Add custom connector and paste https://www.getyadata.com/mcp.
  2. A GetYaData page opens. Log in, or create a free login (2 free reports, no card needed).
  3. Click Allow. You're back in Claude and connected.
  4. Optional: set your logo and colours at GetYaData.com/branding so every PDF carries your brand.

All tools are read-only: the connector never changes your account, billing or branding.

search_dubai_properties		Find Dubai projects, buildings, areas and communities by name (fuzzy match, handles common names such as 'Dubai Marina' or 'JVC'). Returns the official record names, their type (project, building, area or community) and how many registered records each has; these names and kinds are the ones get_property_report accepts.
Get property report
get_property_report		Full market report for one Dubai project, building, area or community from registered records: sales count and value, median price and price per sqft, year-on-year change, quarterly price trend, bedroom mix, price bands, entry/typical/premium price tiers by bedroom, off-plan vs ready and cash vs mortgage splits, comparable projects in the same community, recent registered sales, rental contracts and rents by type, indicative gross yield, registered units, project status and developer, and nearby metro/mall/landmark. Optional filters for bedrooms, property type, off-plan vs ready and dates. Returns links to an interactive web report and a PDF branded with the account's logo and colours. Each call uses one report from the account's plan.
Compare Dubai locations
compare_dubai_locations		Side-by-side headline figures for 2 to 4 Dubai projects, buildings, areas or communities: registered sales, median price, median price per sqft (last 12 months), year-on-year change, sales in the last 12 months, median annual rent and indicative gross yield. Returns links to a web table and a branded PDF. Uses one report from the account's plan.
Get Dubai market overview
get_dubai_market_overview		City-wide Dubai snapshot: total registered sales and value, last 12 months' sales, value and median price per sqft, monthly sales for the last two years, the ten busiest areas, record counts per dataset and the latest registration date. Does not use a report from the plan.
Query Dubai property data (SQL)
query_dubai_property_data		Runs one read-only DuckDB SQL SELECT query against the GetYaData Dubai property database, for questions the report tools don't cover (rankings, custom aggregations, filters). Max 100 rows returned. Tables and columns are documented at https://www.getyadata.com/claude#schema and below. Uses one report from the account's plan.

get_my_account		The connected GetYaData account: plan, reports used and remaining, and the branding (company, agent name, colours, whether a logo is uploaded) applied to PDFs.

Branded PDFs and sharing

Every report Claude runs is saved to your GetYaData account and comes with two links: an interactive web report and a branded PDF. The links contain a private key, so you can send them straight to a client; anyone with the link can open that one report.

Where the data comes from

Data sourced from the Dubai Open Data portal (data.dubai) under the Dubai Open Data Licence; originating entity: Dubai Land Department. It covers registered sales, mortgages and gifts, rental contracts, units, buildings, projects, land, valuations and service charges, refreshed nightly. GetYaData is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with the Dubai Land Department or the Government of Dubai. Figures are indicative and are not a valuation, financial or investment advice. No personal data about owners, buyers, sellers or tenants is included.

Database schema (for the SQL tool)

The query_dubai_property_data tool runs one read-only DuckDB SELECT against these tables (max 100 rows; registers of named companies and individuals are excluded).

Price per sqft = price_sqft. 1 sqm = 10.7639 sqft. Use median() for prices. Prefer aggregated answers (GROUP BY) over raw row listings. Always add LIMIT (max 100).

Disconnecting

Remove GetYaData from Settings → Connectors in Claude at any time. To revoke every connection straight away, email us. To delete your GetYaData data, email hello@getyadata.com. See our privacy policy.
