1. Who we are

GetYaData (GetYaData.com) provides Dubai property data analysis. Contact for any privacy question or request: hello@getyadata.com.

2. What we collect

Account details: email address, a hashed password (we never store the password itself), and the name and company you enter.
Branding: the logo, agent name, company, contact details and colours you choose for your PDFs.
Usage: the questions and property names you ask about, the reports generated from them, and sign-in/activity times.
Billing (Pro members): your Stripe customer and subscription IDs. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store them.
Claude connector: when you connect GetYaData to Claude, we store the connection (an OAuth client record and hashed access/refresh tokens), and the inputs Claude sends to our tools (for example a property name, filters or a read-only SQL query) together with the reports they produce. We do not receive your Claude conversation, chat history, memory or files — only the specific tool requests Claude makes to GetYaData.

We do not collect or display personal data about property owners, buyers, sellers or tenants. The property data we analyse comes from the Dubai Open Data portal and contains no personal identifiers.

3. How we use it

To run your account and reports, apply your branding to PDFs, enforce plan limits, keep the service secure, provide support, and send essential service emails. On the website and app, we use an AI language model (Anthropic) to interpret questions and write report summaries; your question text and the relevant statistics are sent for that purpose and are not used to train models. Reports requested through the Claude connector are summarised by Claude itself, under your own Claude account and Anthropic's terms.

4. Storage and security

Data is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt) on Render. Passwords and connector tokens are stored only as one-way hashes. Connections use HTTPS. Access tokens expire after one hour; refresh tokens rotate on every use and expire after 90 days of non-use.

5. Sharing

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. We share it only with the processors needed to run the service: Render (hosting), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI summaries on the website/app), and map providers (OpenStreetMap geocoding and Esri imagery — these receive area names only, never your account details). Report and PDF links created for you include an unguessable key; anyone you send such a link to can open that report.

6. Retention

Account, branding and report data are kept while your account is open. If you delete your account, we delete your account, branding, reports and connector tokens within 30 days, except billing records we must keep for tax purposes (up to 7 years). Disconnecting the connector in Claude stops Claude using it; email us and we'll revoke all of its tokens straight away. Expired tokens and codes are purged automatically.

7. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction or deletion at any time by emailing hello@getyadata.com. If you're in the UK or EU you also have the right to object, restrict processing and complain to your data protection authority.

8. Changes

We'll post updates here and notify account holders of material changes by email.
