1. Who we are
GetYaData (getyadata.com) ("we", "us") provides this service. Contact: hello@getyadata.com.
2. What the service is
GetYaData is a software application that analyses published open property data for Dubai and presents it as reports, charts, written summaries and PDF documents. It is an analysis tool. It is not a property valuation, a brokerage service, financial, legal or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for a RERA‑registered valuer, broker or lawyer. Figures are indicative, derived from registered records as published, may lag the market and may contain source errors. You are responsible for verifying any figure before relying on it. Before completing any transaction, verify title, ownership and official statistics directly through the Dubai REST app or the Dubai Land Department.
3. Data source & licence
Underlying data is sourced from the Dubai Open Data portal (data.dubai) and used under the Dubai Open Data Licence. The originating entity of the property datasets is the Dubai Land Department. GetYaData is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the Dubai Land Department, Digital Dubai, or the Government of Dubai. All government names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are not used by GetYaData.
Your subscription pays for the software, analysis, presentation and branding features — not for the data itself. The original datasets remain freely available from the portal above. GetYaData does not sell, resell or bulk‑export the original data, and you may not use the service to do so. The monthly fee is charged exclusively for the software, analytics, user interface, AI summaries, branding and processing capabilities provided by GetYaData.
We do not hold, process or display personal data about property owners, buyers, sellers or tenants, and we do not display registers of named individuals. Any attempt to use the service to identify private individuals is prohibited.
4. Your account & acceptable use
You must be 18+ and give accurate details. Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity under it. One login per person — logins may not be shared or resold. Reports and PDFs you generate may be used in your own business, including with your clients, provided you don't misrepresent the data or remove the source attribution printed on them. You may not scrape, bulk‑download, reverse‑engineer or use automated tools against the service, or use it for anything unlawful or misleading.
Branding you upload (logo, names, colours) must be yours or licensed to you. We use it only to render your reports; we never share it or use it in our own marketing.
5. Plans, billing & cancellation
Free: 2 full reports, no card required. Pro: £9.99/month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe, renewing automatically until cancelled. Fair use: up to 300 reports per calendar month. Prices include any applicable taxes shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time from the Billing section (Branding → Plan & billing → Manage subscription); access continues to the end of the paid period and no further charges are taken. We may change prices with 30 days' notice by email.
6. Refunds
Because the free tier lets you try the full product before paying, Pro subscriptions are generally non‑refundable once a billing period has started. Exceptions: if you're a consumer in the UK or EU you have a 14‑day right to cancel your first subscription for a full refund, unless you've already generated reports in that period (by using the service you ask us to begin immediately and acknowledge the right to cancel is lost once used). If the service is unavailable for a prolonged period due to our fault, or you were charged in error, email hello@getyadata.com and we'll refund promptly.
7. Privacy
We store: your email, a hashed password (never the password itself), your branding details, the questions you ask and the reports generated, basic usage data (sign‑in and activity times) and, for Pro members, your Stripe customer and subscription IDs. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store them. We use an AI language model (Anthropic) to interpret questions and write summaries; your question text and the relevant statistics are sent for that purpose and are not used to train models. Maps use OpenStreetMap geocoding and Esri imagery; your browser requests those tiles directly. We don't sell your data or use it for third‑party advertising. We'll email you about your account and service changes; marketing emails only if you opt in. Data is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). You can request a copy or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing hello@getyadata.com.
8. Availability & liability
We aim for 24/7 availability but don't guarantee it; data is refreshed periodically and may be temporarily out of date. The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim, and we're not liable for decisions made in reliance on the data, lost profits or indirect losses. Nothing limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.
9. General
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in‑app and continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
